Copper pipe can be bent but you miss to be careful. It will tend to kink if you don't do properly. Try for the widest radius submit as possible. Also copper tends to work harden so if you curve it to often in one spot it can fail.

MRC Global sees IPO of 22.7M shares pricing at $21

MRC Pandemic Inc. expects its initial public offering of 22.7 million shares to reward between $21 and $23 a share.
The oil-and-gas industry supplier filed in January for an estimated IPO of up to $100 million in an endeavour to return to the public market.
